The garden and pool area was renovated in 2001.

The area around the pool has been tiled and the pool water laps enticingly over the edge of the pool, so you can enjoy looking at the garden while you swim. The pool is now solar heated. The expensive reorganisation of the garden and the pool area has turned it into an oasis of peace and relaxation.

The plants and flowers all around the garden are special favourites of the owners.

Unfortunately the house and garden are not very child-friendly. The different levels in the house and garden make it dangerous. The railing of the terrace is rather low and because of the construction, easy to climb over. The roof is also reached easily over the sundeck and the pool is not fenced off.

Despite this we do not want to exclude children from our beautiful home. But parents must know that they have to be responsible for their children's safety. The beaches in Plett are very safe - even for very small children. Central Beach and Robberg Beach have lifeguards - at least in the high season. Beach chairs, beach games and umbrellas are available.

Pets, however, are not welcome in the house and smokers, who do not want to quit during their holiday, are requested to smoke only on the terrace.

Transport to and from the airport  is possible to arrange.
